Yesterday, the dogs of DC got their first snow day of the winter. Here in the Navy Yard and on Capitol Hill, dogs were out in force. They and their owners were every where.
Whether it was Lincoln Park, Garfield Park, Virginia Avenue Dog Park, or anywhere else – it was hard to miss seeing a dog enjoying the snow.
